The
city of Antalya is established on the rock of 39 m. high, in
Antalya Bay. The most striking feature of Antalya is the
plains of various sizes spreaded in Taurus Mountains reaching
3086m. Earth, sea and beaches of kilometers long and rocks are
intertwined. Furthermore, there are special cracks, canyons
and caves on the coastal area
Many
rivers and creeks emerging from the South of the Taurus
Mountains pour into the Mediterranean Sea. Nearly all of this
river and creek network is clean and fresh and they create
fabulous waterfalls at some points, which deserves special
attention
The vegetation of Antalya
is really very rich. You can see all types of tropical plants
on the shore. The first comers to Antalya are most often
surprised by huge cactuses. Now distance yourself from the
Taurus and come to their skirts. Here, you will see typical
Mediterranean vegetation, called maki and famous orange trees.
Rich forrests consisted of
all types of oak and pine trees follow the maki line. In
plains, cotton, sesame, orange, lemon and banana grow,
creating interesting sceneries.

because there is no winter in Antalya in that on February
